Sometimes you read all the things.
You follow the pages.
You listen to the podcasts.
You watch the reels.
And somehow… it still feels hard.
You know what you’re meant to do.
But in the moment, your body takes over.
You react.
You doubt yourself.
You think, why can’t I stay calm when I actually need it?
If this is you, this space was created for you.
The Group Coaching Program is a 6 week guided program where we slow everything down and practise together.
We meet weekly on Zoom for real-life support, with clear guidance, and step-by-step help applying the tools in your home, with your child, when it matters most.
Parents are often nervous about group coaching.
They imagine:
everyone talking over each other
oversharing
awkward silence
chaos
That’s not what this is.
This is a small, calm, guided group.
You’re not thrown into discussion.
You’re supported.
You’re led.
You listen.
You reflect.
You share only when you want to.
And something powerful happens.
You realise you’re not broken.
You’re not failing.
You’re not the only one finding this hard.
Parents in this program have seen incredible shifts.
Not just in their children, but in themselves.
Inside the six weeks, we cover:
We use my frameworks so you’re never guessing.
You always know:
Is this a right-now problem?
Or a later-on problem?
And what to do next.
Yes, there are things to practise between sessions.
But this isn’t homework like school.
You’re not handed worksheets and left alone.
You’re supported.
We review together.
We adjust together.
Progress comes from practice, not perfection.
And that’s exactly how this container is designed.
This level of support requires energy, presence, and space.
That’s why I only open this program a few times a year
and keep the group intentionally small.
When doors close, they close fully.

The waitlist is the only way to join.
Waitlist parents receive:
first access when doors open
early invitations before public release
priority for limited spots
Most groups fill directly from the waitlist.
If you’re reading this thinking “I feel seen” or “This sounds like exactly what I need” then trust that nudge. You don’t have to be ready for perfection. Just ready to stop doing this alone.
