14. SESSION EXPIRY POLICY
To ensure clients get the most value and maintain momentum in their coaching journey, Coacheq adheres to the following session expiry policy:
All coaching sessions purchased must be booked and used within ten (10) weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This policy ensures that coaching slots remain available for active clients and that you stay on track with your development.
If you foresee any scheduling issues due to travel, illness, or other commitments, you must notify us in advance. While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests, sessions not used within the designated timeframe will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over unless previously arranged in writing.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for this boundary, which exists to protect your time, your results, and the flow of our coaching relationship.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such updates means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
