For Parents of Strong-Willed Children

Who Want It to Feel Easier

You're trying to stay calm.
You're trying not to yell.
You're trying to do it differently.

But in the moment, it's hard.
You react. You repeat yourself. And then you feel guilty after.

I know that feeling, because that was me too.

Hi, I’m coach Maysaa.

I’m a mum of 4 amazing kids and have been parenting for over 21 years.
I’m a former primary school teacher, a licensed parent coach, and the founder of CoachEQ.

I’ve worked with hundreds of families and schools, and I bring a background in CBT and behavioural profiling into everything I teach.

I’m also a speaker and educator, helping parents feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in how they lead their children.

But more importantly, I’m someone who didn’t find parenting easy.

When I first became a mum, I yelled. I reacted. I thought my kids were the problem.

I thought they were supposed to listen, and I was supposed to just know what to do.

But I didn't.

So I started learning.

I went deep into behaviour, regulation, attachment, and my own patterns.

And everything started to shift.

Kids don't need control.

They need calm, clear leadership — and connection.

That's when everything changed for me.

The system I built… to stop the yelling.

I developed a clear, structured system to help parents move from reacting and second-guessing… to calm, confident leadership.

At the core are three simple steps:

01

Connection

Build trust and cooperation

02

Prevention

Reduce daily struggles before they escalate

03

Emergency

Handle difficult moments with calm and clarity

I teach all this… Inside the Hub

You'll learn how to apply this in real life — so you feel steady, confident, and in control.

A simple, clear system to help parents:

✓ Stay calm

✓ Set boundaries

✓ Understand their child

✓ Know exactly what to do in the moment

Especially when parenting strong-willed children.

If you’re tired of second guessing yourself,

and you want to feel calm and in control again, you’re in the right place.
